“Vorberg” Pinot Bianco Riserva presents itself in the glass as a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights.
The bouquet is very varied and multifaceted, with ripe fruity notes of melon, white peach, pear and apple delight, as well as aromas of quince jelly, chamomile and pineapple, complemented by mineral notes of flint.
The combination of fruity, aromatic and savoury taste components is also repeated on the palate. The structure is compact, with an elegant creaminess that blends into a very aromatic, persistent and distinctly mineral aftertaste.
