Chardonnay Riserva della Famiglia Coppo is a fresh, fragrant white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown on the hills around Canelli. Produced in a very limited number of bottles and only in exceptional vintages, Chardonnay Riserva della Famiglia Coppo presents itself to the eye with a beautiful, intense straw-yellow colour, golden and luminous. The nose develops complex and fruity aromas, with hints of exotic fruit and chamomile and a light mineral note. The taste is soft and enveloping with a slight mineral savouriness on the finish. The Chardonnay Riserva della Famiglia di Coppo is perfect to drink with fish dishes, sushi, mature cheeses or Thai cuisine.
