Trebbiano, like Montepulciano, is an ancient grape variety indigenous to the areas of Abruzzo bordering on the Marche. It is a wine with great ageing capacity. Its fine acidity combined with aromatic balance make it a fine yet complex wine. The proximity to the Gran Sasso guarantees good temperature fluctuations that favour the development of aromas, and the proximity to the Adriatic Sea favourably influences the grapes, always giving them a strong mineral tone and a fine sapidity.
